Who is responsible
Mulligans, St Helier, Jersey is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Questions or requests can be sent to info@mulligans.je.
What we collect
When you join the founding list, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number, how often you play, your handicap, how you expect to use Mulligans, and a record of the consent you gave. We also use limited technical information to prevent automated or abusive submissions.
How we use it
We use your information to manage your waiting-list registration and, with your consent, send launch and membership updates. Your phone number may be used if we need to contact you about your registration; it is not permission for SMS marketing. Security and abuse prevention are carried out for our legitimate business interests.
Who processes it
The website and database use Cloudflare services. Consented names and email addresses are also sent to MailerLite so that Mulligans can send email updates and respect unsubscribes. These providers process data for Mulligans under contractual safeguards. Information may be processed outside Jersey where appropriate transfer protections are in place. We do not sell waiting-list information.
How long we keep it
Waiting-list information is kept while the founding list is active and normally for no longer than 12 months after launch, unless you become a member or separately choose to receive ongoing updates. If you unsubscribe or object, we may keep a minimal suppression record so that we do not contact you again by mistake.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or contact us to withdraw consent. You may also ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your information, and you may object to its use. You can complain to the Jersey Office of the Information Commissioner.
